Simple and fair.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We stand behind the quality of our furniture. While custom work can’t always be returned, we’ll work with you to make things right.

Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

  • Stock Items: Eligible for return.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Generally not returnable. If there’s an issue, we’ll review it case-by-case.
  • Clearance Items: Generally not returnable. If there’s an issue, we’ll review it case-by-case.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: We’ll repair, replace, or refund.

Time Limit

30 days from purchase for stock items.

Tip: Keep original packaging until you’re sure your piece is a keeper — it helps ensure a smooth return if needed.

Item Condition

Full refund for items returned in new condition. If an item shows signs of use or damage, we'll evaluate the damage and deduct it from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Prepaid label: We can provide one and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
  • Arrange your own: You’re welcome to use your preferred carrier.
  • Damaged/defective on arrival: We cover return shipping.

Oversized Furniture Returns

Large pieces travel best with a specialty furniture carrier. We’ll help coordinate pickup and transit.

How to Start a Return

Please call or email us to begin. We’ll confirm eligibility, help with packaging guidelines, and provide either a prepaid label or carrier instructions.

Refunds

  • Method: Typically refunded to the original payment method; store credit is available if you prefer.
  • Timing: Most refunds process within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Deductions: Return shipping (if we provide the label) and any condition-related adjustments, if applicable.
